37L Application of Division
This Division applies where a police officer reasonably believes a person is committing, or has committed, a prescribed offence.
A reference in this Division to a prescribed offence is a reference to a prescribed offence committed after the commencement of this Division.
Nothing in this Division, except for section 37Y(3), affects the rights of a creditor under the National Credit Code as set out in Schedule 1 to the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
