37X Costs of confiscation
A vehicle confiscated under this Division is not to be returned until the costs of moving the vehicle to, keeping the vehicle in and releasing the vehicle from a holding yard have been paid.
If a person is found not guilty of the prescribed offence or offences for which they are charged, or the proceeding is withdrawn, the Crown is liable to pay the costs of moving, keeping and releasing the vehicle.
