38B Stealing with force
A person must not use, or threaten to use, force on any person in order to steal, or unlawfully obtain, property. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years, or both.
Subsection (1) applies whether the use, or threat, of force occurs immediately before, during or immediately after the time when the property was stolen or unlawfully obtained.
