21 Assumed identity may be acquired and used
An authorised officer may acquire or use (or both) an assumed identity if the acquisition or use (or both) are – in accordance with an authority; and in the course of duty.
An authorised civilian may acquire or use (or both) an assumed identity if the acquisition or use (or both) are in accordance with – an authority; and any direction by the person's supervisor under the authority.
