4 Sick leave
A police officer, trainee or junior constable is entitled to be absent from duty on sick leave on full pay for a period not exceeding 410.4 hours in any one year of service.
Subregulation (1) does not apply to absence from duty as a result of an illness or injury contracted or sustained in the execution of duty.
