45 Registration based on certified copies
The Recorder may register a power of attorney or other instrument that has been certified as mentioned in section 44.
The Recorder may register a power of attorney or other instrument if a copy of it has been certified by an authority exercising functions similar to those of the Recorder under this Act to be a true copy of that power of attorney or other instrument.
