61 Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 amended
The Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 is amended as follows:
by omitting section 8 and substituting the following section:Functions of Board The functions of the Board are – to perform such functions and exercise such powers as are conferred on the Board by this or any other Act; and to perform such other functions as the Minister may determine – and this Part applies to the performance of all such functions and the exercise of all such powers.
by omitting from section 51(6) "section 11E of the Powers of Attorney Act 1934" and substituting "Part 4 of the Powers of Attorney Act 2000";
by omitting from section 65(4)(c) "Part III of the Powers of Attorney Act 1934" and substituting "Part 4 of the Powers of Attorney Act 2000".
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995.
