14 Form of orders of transfer
An order of transfer issued by a court of petty sessions pursuant to section 13(a) of the Act is to be in accordance with Form 1 in Schedule 1.
An order of transfer issued by the Supreme Court pursuant to section 14(6) of the Act is to be in accordance with Form 2 in Schedule 1.
