Proclamation under the Cat Management Amendment Act 2020

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Cat Management Amendment Act 2020 – fix 1 March 2021 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 21, 22 and 23, commence; and fix 1 March 2022 as the day on which sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 21, 22 and 23 of that Act commence.
