Proclamation under the Commercial Arbitration (Consequential Amendments) Act 2011 (SR 2012 No. 78)

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Commercial Arbitration (Consequential Amendments) Act 2011 fix 1 October 2012 as the day on which that Act commences.
