Proclamation under the Cooperatives Act 1999 (SR 2000 No. 35)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Cooperatives Act 1999 fix 24 May 2000 as the day on which that Act commences.
