Proclamation under the Criminal Code Amendment Act 2022 (SR 2022 No. 60)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Criminal Code Amendment Act 2022 fix 22 August 2022 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
