Proclamation under the Criminal Code Amendment (Child Exploitation) Act 2005 (SR 2005 No. 81)

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Criminal Code Amendment (Child Exploitation) Act 2005 fix 1 August 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
