Proclamation under the Economic Regulator Act 2009 (SR 2010 No. 67)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 69 of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 fix 7 July 2010 as the day on which the Government Prices Oversight Act 1995 and the Government Prices Oversight Amendment Act 2007 are repealed.
