Proclamation under the Financial Transaction Reports Amendment Act 2013 (SR 2014 No. 18)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Financial Transaction Reports Amendment Act 2013 fix 1 March 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
