Proclamation under the Industrial Relations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009 (SR 2009 No. 192)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Industrial Relations (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2009 fix 1 January 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
