Proclamation under the Liquor Licensing Amendment Act 2015 (SR 2016 No. 61)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Liquor Licensing Amendment Act 2015 fix 1 September 2016 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
