Proclamation under the Occupational Licensing (Automatic Mutual Recognition Consequential Amendments) Act 2022

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Occupational Licensing (Automatic Mutual Recognition Consequential Amendments) Act 2022, fix 14 December 2022 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Parts 2, 3 and 7, commence.
