Proclamation under the Occupational Licensing (Automatic Mutual Recognition Consequential Amendments) Act 2022 (SR 2023 No. 69)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Occupational Licensing (Automatic Mutual Recognition Consequential Amendments) Act 2022 fix 1 November 2023 as the day on which Part 2 of that Act commences.
