Proclamation under the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 (SR 2005 No. 93)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 fix 5 September 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
