Proclamation under the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Amendment Act 2005 (SR 2005 No. 108)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Amendment Act 2005 fix 1 October 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
