Proclamation under the Security and Investigations Agents Amendment Act 2010 (SR 2011 No. 56)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Security and Investigations Agents Amendment Act 2010 fix 1 July 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.
