Proclamation under the Sentencing Amendment Act 2002 (SR 2004 No. 170)

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Sentencing Amendment Act 2002 fix 29 December 2004 as the day on which section 7 of that Act commences.
