Proclamation under the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Road Vehicle Standards) Act 2020

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Road Vehicle Standards) Act 2020 fix 1 July 2021 as the day on which that Act commences.
