Reviews relating to smoking product licence

Current

A person may apply to the Appeal Tribunal for a review of the Director's decision to –

grant or refuse to grant an application for a smoking product licence; or grant or refuse to grant an application for the renewal of that licence; or impose any condition on that licence; or vary that licence; or cancel that licence.
