182 Regulations relating to fees and charges
The Governor may make regulations prescribing fees and charges in relation to – any matter under this Act; and any services provided under this Act.
Regulations made under this section may prescribe a fee or charge by specifying – a set amount; or any other method of calculation.
Any fees and charges paid under regulations made under this section relating to any function or power of a council are to be paid to the council.
