Extension of emergency declaration, &c.

The emergency declaration made on 17 March 2020 –

is to have effect for a period of 12 weeks on and from the day on which it was made; and is to be taken to have always been in effect for a period of 12 weeks on and from that day; and may be extended under this Act.
