60 Attendance at and closure of school
A person in charge of a school or child-care facility which is located in an area to which a declaration of an outbreak of a notifiable disease relates must ensure, in accordance with the relevant guidelines, that a child enrolled at that school or facility who is not immunised against that disease does not attend the school or facility until the outbreak is declared to be over.
The Director may order the closure of a school or child-care facility if satisfied that it is necessary to do so to limit or prevent the spread of a notifiable disease.
