63 Smoking, &c., by children
A child must not – smoke; or use a smoking product; or possess a smoking product.
However, subsection (1)(c) does not apply to the possession of a smoking product by a child if the possession is reasonably incidental to the child's employment with the holder of a smoking product licence.
