67E Signs
The occupier of a smoke-free area must display within that area any sign approved by the Director or containing wording or images approved by the Director for display in a smoke-free area or class of smoke-free area. Fine not exceeding – in the case of a natural person, 5 penalty units; or in the case of a body corporate, 20 penalty units.
