Section 124

Part 1 Act Amended The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Wesley Vale Pulp and Paper Industry Act 1961.

Part 2 Revocation A special licence in force under section 4 of the Wesley Valey Pulp and Paper Industry Act 1961 immediately before the commencement of section 124 of this Act is, by virtue of that section, revoked.
