40 Certain determinations, &c., to continue to have effect
A determination or decision that –
was made by the trustee or the Board in the administration of the former superannuation scheme or the continued scheme; and affects the rights of an Ambulance member; and was in force immediately before the day on which this Division commences –
continues to have effect unless or until the determination or decision is varied or rescinded by the Commission.
