41 Treasurer may meet deficiency in common fund
If the common fund is insufficient to meet all the lawful claims thereon, the Treasurer, without further appropriation than this Act, shall pay such sum out of the Public Account as may be necessary to meet the deficiency, to the extent to which its reserves are insufficient for that purpose.
