25 Trusts of property held on registered trust: How proved
The trusts upon which the property subject to any registered trust is held may be sufficiently proved for all purposes by the production of the instruments and documents held by the Recorder, whether copies or originals, or any copy thereof certified under the hand of the Recorder.
