104 Who may hold race meetings?
Race meetings may be held by – persons who are authorised to do so by a permit under section 106; or registered clubs; or Tasracing if authorised to do so under section 111.
Except as provided by subsection (1), a person must not hold a race meeting. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
