8 Staff and facilities
The Commissioner may arrange with the Head of a State Service Agency for the services of a State Service officer or State Service employee, or facilities and goods, of the Agency to be made available to the Commissioner to enable the Commissioner to perform the Commissioner’s functions under this Act or any other Act.
Officers and employees made available under subsection (1) may serve the Commissioner in any capacity in conjunction with State Service employment.
