Non-compliance with regulations does not entitle bookmaker to cancel bet

A bookmaker is not entitled to –

refuse to settle a bet on the grounds that the bookmaker failed to comply with a provision of these regulations in accepting the bet; or cancel a bet on the grounds that the bookmaker failed to comply with a provision of these regulations in accepting or settling the bet.
