For the purpose of the definition of racing industry association in section 3 of the Act, the following bodies are prescribed:
Australian Trainers’ Association (Tasmanian Branch);
Racehorse Owners Association Tasmania;
TasBreeders;
Tasmanian Jockeys’ Association;
Light Harness Tasmania;
North Western Tasmania Light Harness Association;
Northern Tasmanian Light Harness Association;
Breeders, Owners, Trainers and Reinspersons Association (BOTRA) Tasmania
Greyhound Owners, Trainers and Breeders Association (GOTBA) of Tasmania.
