19 Security of load
A carrier must ensure that all packages of radioactive material transported in a freight container or vehicle are stowed and secured so that each package –
remains in position during transport; and is kept away from heavy articles or goods likely to cause damage to it; and if transported on a vehicle, does not project beyond the periphery of the vehicle.
Fine not exceeding 250 penalty units.
