22 Accounts and report of Company
The Board is to provide the members with a copy of each of the following documents:the constitution of the Company, the constitution of each of the Company's subsidiaries and any amendments to any of those constitutions; the annual financial report, directors' report and auditor's report for the Company.
The Minister is to cause to be laid before each House of Parliament each copy provided to him or her under subsection (1) within 7 sitting-days after receiving it.
