5 Schedule 1 amended (The Rail Network)
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting item 5 from Part 1 and substituting:
The South Line (being the railway running from McVilly Drive to Western Junction, other than – the part of that railway that forms, under the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016, the strategic infrastructure corridor, known as the South Corridor from Elwick Road to Mentmore Street, designated on Plan 10597 in the Central Plan Register; and the part of that railway from the Bridgewater causeway on the south side of the River Derwent to Granton, as designated on Plan 11477 in the Central Plan Register).
The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007.
