Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013

In delivering or providing any information or document to the Registrar, including in an application under this Act or answering a question, an entity must not –

make a statement knowing it to be false or misleading; or omit any matter from a statement knowing that without that matter the statement or information is false or misleading; or deliver or provide a document that the entity knows to be false or misleading without informing the Registrar of that knowledge.

Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
