19 Guardianship service – regulated activity
In this regulation – custodian means custodian as defined in the Immigration (Guardianship of Children) Act 1946of the Commonwealth; guardianship service means a service provided by a custodian to a non-citizen child under the Immigration (Guardianship of Children) Act 1946of the Commonwealth; non-citizen child means a non-citizen child as defined in the Immigration (Guardianship of Children) Act 1946of the Commonwealth.
A guardianship service is prescribed to be a regulated activity for the purposes of the definition of regulated activity in section 3 of the Act.
