30 Fees
The regulations may prescribe fees or a basis for calculating fees for – lodgment of an application for registration of a deed of relationship; or lodgment of an application for revocation of a deed of relationship; or access to the Register; or a search of the Register; or the issue of a certificate following a search of the Register; or other services provided by the Registrar.
The regulations may allow for fees to be fixed by negotiation between the Registrar and the person who asks for the relevant services.
