34 Transfer of proceedings from Supreme Court
The Supreme Court may transfer any proceedings under this Act relating to an interest in property to the Magistrates Court if – the value of that interest is less than or equal to the amount prescribed under section 7 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992; or the value of that interest is in excess of that prescribed amount and the parties agree to the Magistrates Court hearing and determining the proceedings.
The Supreme Court may transfer any proceedings under this Act relating to maintenance.
