69 Enforcement of other orders
If a court is satisfied that a person has knowingly and without reasonable cause contravened or failed to comply with an order or injunction under this Act, other than an order for the payment of money, the court may – order the person to deliver up to the court any documents the court thinks fit; and make any other orders the court considers necessary to enforce compliance with the order or injunction.
This section does not affect the power of a court to punish a person for contempt of court.
