Removal of Fortifications Act 2017

While a fortification removal order is in effect in respect of premises, a police officer is authorised to –

enter and inspect fortified premises in accordance with Division 3 to determine whether – a fortification has been removed or modified as required under the order; or a fortification that was removed as required under the order has been replaced or restored; or a fortification that was modified as required under the order has had the modification removed or undone; or another fortification has been constructed or installed on the premises; and while at the premises, do anything that is reasonably necessary to make a determination referred to in paragraph (a).
