Removed material forfeited to Crown

Current

The following are forfeited to the Crown:a fortification that is removed from fortified premises under section 31; material that is removed from a fortification in the course of modifying that fortification under section 31.

The Commissioner may sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of a fortification or material that is forfeited to the Crown under subsection (1).
