Contracting out of Act prohibited

In force

A provision of a retail lease, or another agreement entered into for a retail lease, is void to the extent that it purports to –

exclude the application of a provision of this Act that applies to the retail lease; or modify, or limit, the application of a provision of this Act that applies to the retail lease.
