Determinations of codes of practice

In force

The Director is to make a determination that a specified document, or other instrument, is a code of practice for retail leases for the purposes of this Act.

The provisions of section 47(3), (3A), (4), (5), (6) and (7) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1931 apply to a determination made for a purpose specified in this section as if a reference in that section to a regulation were a reference to such a determination.
